Did you know....
..that if you are renting out a property
since 1st of October 2008, you need an EPC as a legal requirement before marketing of your property can begin. The Energy Performance Certificate is valid for 10 years and can be carried out by one of our accredited and fully insured energy assessors. You also need a landlords Gas Safe certificate covering all gas appliances in the property, these are required annually.
