We have full Professional Indemnity and Public Liability Insurance, copies of which are available upon request.

How do I get my EPC?

We will email you and your nominated agent a copy of the EPC on the day of assessment, this will include details of how to retrieve further copies of the certificate from the Landmark web site where you can securely access your certificate using a 24-digit code that we will provide you. Your certificate can only be viewed by people you have authorised.
